Vectra is a web application that allows users to save, organize and analyze text from any web source. The service is accessible at vectra-app.com and through the 'Vectra Clipper' Chrome extension.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data: • Email address (for authentication) • First and last name (voluntarily provided) • Address, city, postal code, country (for billing) • Content of clips saved by the user • URLs of pages from which clips are saved • Service usage data

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: • Provide you with the Vectra service • Authenticate you and protect your account • Process subscription payments • Send service-related communications • Improve the user experience

4. Chrome Extension

The 'Vectra Clipper' extension accesses text selected by the user and the current page URL only when the user explicitly activates saving via the context menu. The extension does not collect data in the background or monitor browsing.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. We use the following service providers: • Supabase (database and authentication) • Anthropic Claude (AI text processing) • Stripe (payments) • Resend (transactional emails) • Vercel (hosting)

6. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@vectra-app.com.

7. Your rights (GDPR)
